Event Description

Join us for Art for Mental Health, an evening that explores the powerful connection between creativity and mental wellness. Through an interactive creative activity, meaningful conversation, and opportunities to connect with others, you'll experience how art can encourage self-expression, reduce stress, and strengthen our sense of community.

As you learn more about Heartland Mental Health, you'll discover how therapy, peer support, and community programs help people find hope, build a sense of belonging, and realize they don't have to face life's challenges alone.

Don’t worry — the creative activity is optional and you don’t need to be artistic to participate!

Create & Connect Experience

A one hour guided creative experience, offering guests the opportunity to explore a simple art project in a welcoming, supportive environment before the main event begins.
