Thank you for your interest in referring someone to our programs and services provided at our Heartland Clinic. We offer outpatient mental health services for adults, ages 18 and older.

We accept Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program) insurance for Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas and Elbert counties.

Our Programs & Services

We offer compassionate, personalized, and trauma-informed mental health services including individual therapy, medication management, peer support, and monitoring overall health.

WE CAN HELP WITH:

  • anxiety and stress management,

  • grief and loss,

  • relationship challenges,

  • overcoming depression,

  • improving self-confidence,

  • life transitions, and more.

We also have a Drop-In Center that has a supportive, welcoming, and inclusive community. It is open to all adults utilizing mental health services, regardless of where they receive mental health care.
