Thank you for your interest in referring someone to our programs and services provided at Heartland Mental Health. We offer outpatient mental health services for adults, ages 18 and older, as well as a supportive community (groups, outings, and more).

INSURANCE: We accept Colorado Access Medicaid for Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, and Elbert counties.

Programs & Services

We offer compassionate, personalized, and trauma-informed mental health services including individual therapy, medication management, peer support, and monitoring overall health.

WE CAN HELP WITH:

• anxiety and stress management,

• grief and loss,

• relationship challenges,

• overcoming depression,

• improving self-confidence,

• life transitions, and more.

We also have a daytime Drop-In Center that has a supportive, welcoming, and inclusive community. It is open to all adults interested in having a supportive community and connecting with others to improve their mental health and wellness.

Individuals interested in becoming a member of our drop-in center do not need to have insurance coverage to participate in peer-run groups and activities.
