Mental Health Counseling & Support
We provide individual therapy, resource navigation, peer support, and recovery services for adults ages 24 and older in the Denver metro area.
Who We Serve
We specialize in supporting adults experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, psychosis, mood disorders, social isolation as well as difficulty maintaining employment, housing, or relationships due to mental health symptoms.

At this time, we are not able to accept all Medicaid plans. Insurance not required to participate in community activities!
