Thank you for your interest in referring someone to our programs and services provided at Heartland Mental Health. We offer outpatient mental health services for adults, ages 18 and older, as well as a supportive community (groups, outings, and more).

Programs & Services
We offer compassionate, personalized, and trauma-informed mental health services including individual therapy, medication management, and peer support.
We can help with managing symptoms of:
Mood Changes: Long periods of sadness, mood swings, feelings of worthlessness
Behavioral Changes: Avoiding family or friends, loss of interest in activities
Cognitive Issues: Confusion, difficulty concentrating, racing thoughts
Emotional Regulation: Excessive fear, worry, anger, or irritability
Psychosis: Hallucinations, delusions, disorganized thinking/behavior/speech
We also have a daytime Drop-In Center that has a supportive, welcoming, and inclusive community. It is open to all adults interested in having a supportive community and connecting with others to improve their mental health and wellness.
Individuals interested in becoming a member of our drop-in center do not need to have insurance coverage to participate in peer-run groups and activities.
