Mental health challenges can often lead to isolation. At Heartland, you'll find opportunities to connect with others, build friendships, and become part of a welcoming community. Stop by for a cup of coffee or an affordable lunch, join a group, attend an outing, or simply spend time with people who understand what you're going through.
