We offer compassionate, person-centered mental health services for adults ages 24 and older, including individual therapy, peer support, resource navigation, and a supportive recovery community. Learn more about our services here.

Our therapists can help with:

• Mood changes: long periods of sadness, mood swings, feelings of worthlessness

• Behavioral changes: withdrawing from family or friends, loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed

• Cognitive challenges: confusion, difficulty concentrating, racing thoughts

• Emotional regulation: excessive fear, worry, anger, or irritability

• Psychosis: hallucinations, delusions, disorganized thinking, behavior, or speech

At this time, we are not able to accept all Medicaid plans. If you have a different Medicaid plan, we recommend contacting your plan directly to find participating providers in your area.
