At Heartland Mental Health, we’re here to help! We offer compassionate and personalized outpatient mental health services in Denver for adults (ages 18 and up).

INSURANCE:
Medicaid (Health First Colorado)
We accept Colorado Access Medicaid for adults living in Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas counties.
At this time, we are not able to accept all Medicaid plans.
If you have a different Medicaid plan, we recommend contacting your plan directly to find participating providers in your area.
Our Programs & Services
We provide individual therapy, medication management, peer support, and monitoring overall health.
We also have a Drop-In Center that has a supportive, welcoming, and inclusive community where you can join groups and outings. (Insurance not required to participate in community activities).
