Come enjoy unique handmade crafts and good vibes at the Heartland Community Craft Fair! Our fair will feature crafts made by our members and other local artisans to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month in our beautiful yard.

Outpatient Mental Health
We offer compassionate, personalized, and trauma-informed mental health services for adults including individual therapy, medication management, peer support, and more.
We accept Colorado Access Medicaid for those in Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas counties.
