Heartland Mental Health provides individual therapy, resource navigation, peer support, and recovery services for adults ages 24 and older in the Denver metro area.

Whether you're experiencing depression, anxiety, psychosis, mood instability, social isolation, or other mental health challenges, our team is here to help. We work alongside each individual to develop a personalized plan that builds on strengths, supports recovery, and promotes overall well-being.

Who We Serve

Heartland specializes in supporting adults experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including:

  • Difficulty maintaining employment, housing, or relationships due to mental health symptoms

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a safe, confidential space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward personal goals.

Our therapists can help you manage symptoms such as:

  • Mood Changes: long periods of sadness, mood swings, feelings of worthlessness

  • Behavioral Changes: avoiding family or friends, loss of interest in activities

  • Cognitive Challenges: confusion, difficulty concentrating, racing thoughts

  • Emotional Regulation: excessive fear, worry, anger, or irritability

  • Psychosis: hallucinations, delusions, disorganized thinking, behavior, or speech

Insurance & Payment

Heartland currently accepts:

  • Colorado Access Medicaid

  • UnitedHealthcare

  • Aetna Medicare

At this time, we are not able to accept all Medicaid plans. If you have a different Medicaid plan, we recommend contacting your plan directly to find participating providers in your area.
