Heartland Mental Health provides individual therapy, resource navigation, peer support, and mental health recovery services for adults ages 24 and older in the Denver metro area.
Whether you're experiencing depression, anxiety, psychosis, mood instability, social isolation, or other mental health challenges, our team is here to help. We work alongside each individual to develop a personalized plan that builds on strengths, supports recovery, and promotes overall well-being.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a safe, confidential space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward personal goals.
Our therapists can help you manage symptoms such as:
long periods of sadness, mood swings, feelings of worthlessness
withdrawing from family or friends, loss of interest in activities
confusion, difficulty concentrating, racing thoughts
excessive fear, worry, anger, or irritability
hallucinations, delusions, disorganized thinking, behavior, or speech

Aetna Medicare
At this time, we are not able to accept all Medicaid plans. If you have a different Medicaid plan, we recommend contacting your plan directly to find participating providers in your area.
