You’re invited to attend this presentation, Sleep and Your Mental Health, by our MSW Intern, Jackson on Monday, Dec. 4, 1pm at our Heartland Clinic.

• Learn about sleep cycles, different stages of sleep, proper nap lengths, and other information around sleep!

• Did you know sleep can affect your mental health? This is both in good and not-so-good ways!

• Discussion surrounding good techniques to make sure you’re tired when you want to go to bed!

• We’ll talk about habit-forming techniques to improve your sleep!
