At Heartland Mental Health, we’re here to help! We offer compassionate and personalized outpatient mental health services for adults, ages 18 and older.
WE CAN HELP WITH:

life transitions, and more.
INSURANCE: We accept Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program) for Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, and Elbert counties.
Our Programs & Services
We provide individual therapy, medication management, peer support, and monitoring overall health.
We also have a Drop-In Center that has a supportive, welcoming, and inclusive community where you can join groups and outings, hang out and have coffee, have computer and Internet access, and enjoy low-cost lunches.

Isabel is a mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience in community mental health.SPECIALITIES: anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, bipolar disorder, depression, divorce, grief, relationships issues, self-esteem, stress, trauma & PTSD, women’s issues.

Jennifer Jost, PMHNP, RN, SANE-A, SANE-P
Jennifer has worked as a nurse, educator, and mental health professional for over 15 years. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University where she specialized in Psychiatric-Mental Health. -
Mary Jane Miller, RN, BSN
Mary Jane attended the Nursing Program at the University of Kansas Medical Center and has worked as a nurse for over 40 years in both public and mental health settings. Before joining our team at Heartland, she served as a K–12 school nurse and as an educator for future medical assistants.
