We are saddened to share that Cathy Rubin passed away on December 20, 2025.
Heartland was privileged to have Cathy Rubin as our Dental Program Coordinator from May 2013-September 2025, when she retired this past fall.
We will miss Cathy dearly. Her sister has shared details of Cathy’s celebration of life services for our community members to attend on January 20, 2026.
