We are saddened to share that Cathy Rubin passed away on December 20, 2025.

Heartland was privileged to have Cathy as our Dental Program Coordinator from 2013-2025, when she retired this past fall.
“She helped a lot of people, and I know she will be missed.”
She handled the arrangements and scheduling of peer members who utilized donated and low-cost dental services; communicated with dentists who donated their services; reminded members of upcoming appointments and even handled transportation to appointments when needed. She advocated tirelessly on behalf of our members.
